The Implementation phase executes the design project into production as we use the detailed design to create an implementation plan that addresses detailed implementation guidelines and estimated time to implement rollback steps. This enables us to verify in the lab possible unexpected errors and resolve them before affecting users. We then carry out a pilot test; then, once the test is deemed successful, we roll out to the full deployment
